GitHub CI/CD

GitHub is where the code lives. We set who can change it, what must be checked before a merge, and how a merge can go live — to Vercel, Azure, Hetzner, or AWS — without someone copying files by hand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear details on scope, stack ownership, credential handling, and post-launch support.

We already have a GitHub repo. Can you add Actions only?

Yes. We start with checks on pull requests, then add deploy jobs once the environments exist. We do not rewrite history unless you ask.

Do you support GitLab or Bitbucket?

GitHub is the default we staff. Other git hosts are possible when the organisation already standardises there; we say so in the proposal.

Will you harden an existing account?

Yes. We review IAM, billing alerts, network rules, and backups before adding new workloads.

Do you document the handoff?

Every delivery includes access notes, env maps, and restore steps so your team is not guessing after we leave.

Can you keep staging separate from production?

Always. Secrets, data, and deploy targets stay isolated — chat is never the source of truth for credentials.

What about monitoring and alerts?

We wire basic uptime, disk, and deploy alerts into channels you already use, then tune thresholds with you.
