WebSockets
HTTP is the wrong tool for a live visit map, a clinic queue, or a support thread that must not refresh. We design socket contracts, rooms, and reconnect behaviour so the product stays live when the network does not.

Frequently Asked Questions
Clear details on scope, stack ownership, credential handling, and post-launch support.
When do you use WebSockets instead of polling?
When latency and concurrent updates matter: tracking, chat, live queues, collaborative dashboards. Polling stays for infrequent status that does not justify a persistent connection.
Can this sit beside a Laravel or PHP API?
Yes. REST remains the system of record; a Node socket layer publishes events. We keep one auth story so the browser and mobile apps do not hold two identities.
Who owns the code after launch?
You do. Repositories, environments, and credentials transfer to your accounts. We do not lock the product behind a proprietary stack you cannot leave.
How do you estimate timelines?
We break scope into modules with clear acceptance criteria, then quote a first release you can ship — not an open-ended build that never launches.
Do you handle hosting and DNS?
When you want it. We deploy on Vercel, AWS, or your VPS, wire SSL, and leave a short runbook — or hand off for your team to host.
What support exists after go-live?
A short warranty for defects is typical. Ongoing features and maintenance move to a retainer or a new scoped quote.
